At CRC Foam, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made products designed to meet your specific needs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges:

Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error or damage that was not identified before shipping, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

To process a claim for a defective item, you must:

  • Contact us at crcfoam@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the defect.
  • Allow us time to review your claim and determine the best course of action.

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer modifications are not considered defects and will not be eligible for replacement.

Order Accuracy:
